This hotel is a convenient location near Nipponbashi Station and Namba station. It is located in an alley and can be difficult to find. The reception was welcoming. The room was clean. Good sound proofing. The room we had was spacious in Japanese terms with a fold out table which was handy as it provided somewhere to put things as otherwise there was not much horizontal surface. There was a microwave and washing machine available which would have been handy had we known earlier. It is a clean quiet location handy to Namba and Dontonaburi restaurants and Namba Walk.

This hotel was in a prime location. The staff was extremely accommodating. The room that we originally had was a twin room that claimed to sleep 4. However, when we made it to the room, we were extremely disappointed with the floor space and size of the beds. We spoke to the receptionist and she showed us two other options that they had available and we were able to move our room to the triple bunk. This room easily slept 4 girls and we had enough storage and floor space for our luggage. This greatly enhanced our stay and feeling regarding the property. Also, after check out, reception kept our bags in the lobby until we were finished exploring Osaka. So wonderful!

Location, location, location! It was so close to Namba station, thus saving time to travel around Osaka. Kuromon Market is in short walking distance that we had a superb otoro and ell breakfast everyday while we stayed there.

Great location. Very near a Family Mart, Yakiniku Goen and other restaurants. A 5min walk to Dohtonbori, Donki and shopping. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Very helpful when we left something in the Hinotori train.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Can't beat it! It was new and clean. The shower was fantastic!!!!

Location was great. Very near the mtr and train stations. Very close to good restaurants and food stalls and to the shopping places as well. Will book with them again when I go back to Osaka.

The staff were so helpful and kind and welcoming, I wish we stayed here for our whole time in Osaka as it was a last minute 1 night booking but the rooms were very clean, good storage space, warm & comfortable soft beds & pillows! Good free amenities . Would definitely stay again

Great location. Just a few meters from metro exit. Retro decoration. Good to have luggage deposit before check-in and after check out.

Near subway, Kuromon Market, Namba walk, Ebisu-bashi, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Clearly and interesting building design.
